How Long are the Sessions?
Each session lasts 5-30 minutes depending on the area being treated. You will see noticeable hair reduction even after your first session, but laser hair removal is a process, and you will need a session every 6-8 weeks until the desired results are achieved. Most areas take 6-9 sessions for complete hair removal.

Laser Process
You’ll come in for a free consultation, where our certified Laserologist will talk you through all of your options and help you create a customized treatment plan.
Your first session! Make sure to stay out of the sun and avoid waxing weeks before. We’ll remove any makeup, lotion or deodorant from the treatment area and your Hibba Laserologist will begin your treatment using the state of the art ‘Cynosure Elite +’ technology. They will check in with you on your comfort level the whole time! Each session lasts 5-30 minutes depending on the size of the area being treated.
REPEAT. Laser hair removal is a process, so you will need to come in every 6-8 weeks for additional sessions until your desired result is achieved.
Before the appointment
Shave
Shave your desired treatment area 24 hours before your appointment. If that’s too much of a hassle, we will do it for you for a small additional fee.
Stay out of the Sun
Do not expose your desired treatment area to the sun for at least a week before your laser session.
Ask your Doctor
If you are taking any medication, please consult your doctor before booking any appointments.
Check your cycle
Any bikini / brazilian laser treatments can not be preformed on menstruating clients.
After the appointment
When its over
We end each treatment with a soothing aloe cold compress. This helps with nay redness, bumpiness and general discomfort.
it takes more than one session
Expect some serious hair shedding for the first 5 to 30 days. Exfoliating with our loofah cloth will certainly help! Again, laser hair removal is a process so you will need to come back every 6 to 8 weeks for a session. Most areas take about 6 to 9 sessions for complete & permeant hair removal.
DONT give up! Going back to waxing, threading, tweezing or sugaring will nullify your results and bring us back to square one.
things to avoid
Avoid putting makeup or moisturizer for the first 24 hours. Do not use harsh products or exfoliants for the first 48 hours. Avoid direct sun exposure for the first 24 hours and always use SPF 30 or higher on your laser treated areas.
FYI
Dietary changes, hormonal changes, not catching the hair follicle during the active anagen phase, and stress are some elements that can slow or undo the results of laser hair removal.

Hibba’s laser hair removal is safe and preformed by licensed and certified technicians.
What cant be lasered
Laser hair removal can NOT be preformed on tanned, sunburnt, spray tanned, or tattooed skin. It can NOT be preformed during pregnancy, breastfeeding or while trying to conceive.
Have paitence
You can NOT wax, tweeze or thread areas undergoing laser treatments. The natural hair growth process of 6 to 8 weeks must take place. This allows us to catch the hair follicle in its active phase (anagen phase). An area will need about 6 to 9 treatments to remove the follicles permanently.
